HOw Many Photos will I get?

This depends on the complexity/size of the space. A general shot list is necessary to make the best use our time together (eg. 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room) For larger projects I recommend a scout day beforehand, which will facilitate creating an accurate shotlist. The number of shots can be completed in a day varies but a general guide to keep in mind is that each "Hero" set up can take up to 2 hours to set up and photograph. A hero shot would be considered an overall establishing shot of a kitchen or a large open floor plan setting. After we complete the photoshoot you will get Jpeg proofs. Your investment covers a complimentary round of basic editing after your receive proofs. Basic editing consists of color adjustments, removal of outlets, etc. Advanced photo editing requests must be made in advance prior to signing our contract and will incur an additional charge. Advanced photo editing would include changing out the scenes in window, changing skies , adding pieces of furniture etc.  Final files will be delivered as high resolution JPEGS. RAW files are not provided

What if my room is dark, Small or hard to photograph?

Don’t let that discourage you from photographing the space. The addition of supplemental lighting is included in your investment and will help address any lighting concerns you may have. Sometimes a designer may not feel like a space is worth documenting but it’s my job to find magic even in the tiniest corners.

Do you offer styling as part of your fee?

I will provide feedback on styling before and during the photoshoot. However, I do not bring any styling props. If you are in need of a prop stylist for sourcing and styling I have a great list of stylists I can recommend if one is needed.

What ARE YOUR fees & WHAT due they include?

Fees are based on either a full day or half day rate and include the following

• Photographer fee

• Assistant fee

• Supplemental lighting

• Basic post production (color correction, contrast etc)

• Hi-Rez Final File Delivery

• Usage is for non exclusive, non commercial purposes and does not cover third party usage.
